Scott’s passion is simply to serve his clients well and to build life-long relationships with them. Scott began his career with Legg Mason in 1987, leading to becoming a Senior Vice President and Complex manager overseeing Eastern Pennsylvania for Wells Fargo Advisors. In January of 2018, Scott returned fulltime to his first love, working one on one with his clients helping steward their financial assets through close relationships based on trust and mutual respect. With 30 years of industry experience, the opportunity to found and serve his clients at Monocacy Wealth Partners, LLC, supported by the exceptional services and strength of Raymond James Financial was a perfect next step. Scott was raised in Bethlehem, PA where he met and married “the girl next door”, Rose Tallarico. They have been married for 35 years and have 4 children and 2 grandchildren. Outside of work and family Scott serves as an elder at Calvary Baptist Church and serves both in leadership and teaching.

Scott was led to join the financial services industry for the primary reason of helping people.
Understanding the benefits of investing at a young age, he is passionate about helping younger generations start down the right path so that they are more prepared for the future.
Scott knew early on that he wanted to bring a fresh perspective of investing to his clients. He focuses on three major areas of concern: fee transparency, risk, and holistic planning. Scott graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Accounting from the Smeal College of Business. His background in public accounting gave him the experience of making strategic decisions based on financial information. Scott lives in Bethlehem, Pa with his wife Lindsay. Outside of the office, Scott is passionate about his local community. He serves on the board of the Lehigh Valley Center for Independent Living, which is an organization that strives to empower people with all types of disabilities to achieve independence.
